DescriptionThis chestnut mare is of a heavy stock horse type, perhaps a Quarter Horse. She stands about 14.1 but is very stocky. I can't tell you her age because she absolutely refused to let us look at her teeth and did strike at us a couple of times when we tried. The super brief and moving glimpse I got of her teeth made me think teenage, but I don't feel confident of that at all. If we left her mouth alone, she was a pleasant enough mare and was easy to handle about everything else. She leads, ties, backs, picks up her feet, etc. She is at good weight and appeared to be in fine condition. She was calm and rode nicely during the auction.
