Patty-Cake - 6yr Dk. Bay Mare - $400
Patty-Cake stands about 14'3hh and appears to be in good health and well taken care of. She is a younger mare, probably in the 6 year age range, but a photo of her teeth has been provided for your judgment. She is said to be broke to ride and was owned and ridden by an older gentleman, but has not been ridden regularly for a while. She is said to have no issues and appears to be sound. This is a very nice mare ready for a good home and a refresher.
Hold on 8/28/2014 to Jennifer
Perla - Gray Andalusian Mare - $600
Perla came in with her yearling foal who will be also listed. She is said to be an Andalusian but is sold as grade. We do not know if she is broke as she was used as a broodmare in the past, and we do not have an age on her at this time. She is wearing a halter but we do not even know if she is halter broke. She has been running with two stallions so she may be bred back or may have had a foal recently, we do not know, but she does look heavy in the belly area. More info will be added as it becomes available.

PacMan - 3yr Gray QH Gelding - $400
Registered as with AQHA - Papers Unavailable
PacMan already has his groundwork done and is ready to start. He stands about 15hh and appears to be in good condition other than a rope burn on his hind leg from being caught up when he was tethered prior to coming to the feedlot. He is a little sore on that leg but it looks to just be a superficial injury. He is AQHA and sold as GRADE.
Hold on 8/22/2014 to Wendy
PaintTheTownRed - 5yr Red Roan QH Gelding - $600
This gorgeous gelding is said to be a kids horse that anyone can ride. He has new shoes on and stands about 15'3hh with a bigger build. He has some scar tissue on his back short pasterns resulting from getting hurt when he was gelded. He does great in the arena but does get sore on long mountain trail rides. PaintTheTownRed is easy to handle, has a gentle disposition, and gets along well with other horses.
Hold on 8/24/2014 to Cari
Pilsner - 12yr White / Chestnut Pinto Gelding - $525
Pilsner is a stout gelding who looks to be an easy keeper standing about 14'2-3hh. He was ridden through the ring but we do not know what level rider he takes or training history. He is very gentle and should be able to be handled by a beginner. Pilsner has a mellow disposition, gets along well with other horses, picks up his feet, and did everything asked of him. A picture of his teeth has been provided for your judgment, but he is believed to be in the 12 year age range. He appears to be sound from all I can see.
Hold on to Kimberly
Pinot - 11yr Chestnut / White Pinto Mare - $550
Pinot is the sweetest mare! She was ridden through auction and rode well, although we do not know what level rider she takes, or level of training. She is easy to handle and has nice ground manners. Her hooves are very overgrown but she did appear to be sound. She picks up her feet nicely, and is in otherwise good condition. She stands about 14'3hh and appears to be in the 11 year old age range but a photo of her teeth has been provided for your judgment.
Hold on 8/30/2014
#262 Pretzel - 8yr Buckskin Quarter Horse Mare - $400
Pretzel is a big buckskin mare of Quarter Horse type. She is in good weight. In fact, we are very suspicious of her belly and wouldn't be surprised at all if she was pregnant. She has been running with a stallion and several of the mares that she was with appear to be pregnant. She is eight years old and probably halter broke, but that is all we can say about her as she didn't want us to catch her. This mare is NOT sound. She has a bad wire cut on a hind leg. She is pasture sound, meaning she gets around fine and it doesn't seem to bother her, but she will probably never be riding sound.
Hold on 8/27/2014 to Rebecca
Poppa - Bay Quarter Horse Gelding - $600
Poppa is said to be a well broke 14 year old gelding, but looking at his teeth I would age him older than that. He stands about 15'2hh and appears to be sound from what I can see. He is in overall decent condition but does have some scrapes and some crusting in the folds behind his front legs. He pics up his feet nicely and had nice manners on the ground. He found himself at the feedlot because he was having herdbound behavior and pacing when his companion was taken away. Poppa is a nice, calm, and gentle gelding who should still have many miles left to go. I believe he was used primarily as a ranch and trail horse and should be good to go with a refresher and some minor tlc.
Hold on 8/26/2014 to Karen
#47 Popsicle - 13yr Red Dun Quarter Horse Mare - $550

#59 Pazzaz - 12yr Dark Bay Morab Gelding - $550
Pazzaz is a dark bay Morab gelding. He is said to be 12 years old and I think his teeth match that, but I have provided a photo so that you can judge for yourself. He is a solid boy and stands about 15.1hh, but does have a bit of a swayed back. He is in good weight and his feet look pretty good. He is very friendly and easy to handle. He was well mannered and led, tied, backed up, and picked up his feet nicely. He is said to be broke to ride, but that it has been a few years since he has been ridden. He is named Pazzaz because he can get up that Araby prancy dancy look when he goes trotting around looking so full of himself.
Hold on 8/25/2014 to Morgan
#62 Payane - 11yr Bay / White Paint Mare - $550
Payane is a bay and white pinto mare. She is said to be 11 years old and her teeth looked to match that to me, but unfortunately I didn't get a good picture of them. She is a big mare and probably stands about 15.1hh, but is very stout and heavy. Payane's previous name was "Cheyane" and she was said to be a good girl. They said that she was an easy keeper who ties, hauls, stands for the farrier, etc. She was said to be broke to ride both with or without a saddle and that while she is slow, she will go all day and rarely ever spooks.
Hold on 8/20/2014 to Shelly
Precious - 7yr Dark Bay Quarter Pony Mare - $500
Precious is a dark bay mare who appears to perhaps be a Quarter Pony. She stands about 13-13.2hh and we are guessing her to be around 7 years old. She is in pretty good condition and her feet are just overdue. We didn't work with her at all, but we were told that she is broke to ride. She has at her side a young half-Andalusian stud colt who is eating hay. Both she and the colt are very friendly.
Hold on 8/26/2014 to Masako
Proxy - Dark Bay QH Type Mare - $425
This mare has no real history and we have not been able to catch her to get an age, although she has been friendly enough to touch. She is a gorgeous mover and is currently in the ship pen. I wanted to give her a chance to be seen before shipping out. I don't have a real story on her, just that she came in with some other horses that were "ranch horses," some of which were started as 2-3 year olds. I do not know if she was indeed started or what level of training she has had. I really love the looks of this mare and she seems sound with a very elegant floaty trot. Proxy stands about 15hh and appears to be in overall good condition. She may be a good project or a pleasant surprise.
Hold on 8/26/2014 to Angel
#50 Pancake - 9yr Grulla Quarter Horse Mare - $500
Pancake is a grulla mare of Quarter Horse type. I think she is around 8-10 years old, but I have included a photo of her teeth so that you can judge for yourself. She stands about 14.3hh and appears to be in good condition other than her front right hoof is a mess. She was a bit reluctant to be caught, but once caught she was a sweet heart. She was well mannered and calm. Leads, ties, backs, yields quarters and picks up her feet. She does have a bridle path.
Hold on 8/24/2014 to Jennifer
#56 Phoenix - 9yr Liver Rabicano Quarter Horse Mare - $525
Phoenix is a liver rabicano Quarter Horse mare. She was once a registered Quarter Horse, but her papers have been lost and do not come with her. She is a colorful mare with her rabicano and Bend-Or markings. She is 9 years old, in good weight and her feet look okay. She would come up to us, but did not want us to halter her at the feedlot. However, she did come with a verbal history of being broke to ride even though she supposedly hasn't been ridden in a few months.
Hold on 8/21/2014 to Vicky
Preston - Chestnut Quarter Horse Mare - $425
Preston is a chestnut Quarter Horse mare. She appears to be a young mare to me, but I don't know her age. She stands about 14.3hh and is in good condition. She does have what appears to be a sarcoid in her left ear and I heard creaking when she walked. She does have a very fat belly and we think that she might be pregnant, but we cannot be sure and we have no information regarding that. She is a branded mare and is likely a well bred QH, but she doesn't have papers at this point. She was very shy today, but I did catch her and she did lead briefly before Nammi chased her away.
Hold on 8/17/2014 to Kate
Nutty - 21yr Bay Quarter Horse Mare - $450

Perry - 20yr Blue Roan QH Gelding - $500
Registered as with AQHA - Papers Unavailable
Perry is a well seasoned and safe kids horse who has been used mostly as a calf roping horse in rodeo events and on the ranch. Perry stands 15'1hh and has a medium build. Because of his many years of hard work Perry does have an issue where he will lock up for a few minutes sometimes after mounting but will walk it off and be fine. He still should have quite a few good years left at 20 years young and would be the perfect patient teacher for a child to learn how to ride or rope on.
Sold on 8/25/2014 to Roberta
Princeton - 3yr Dun QH Gelding - $450
Princeton is said to be in the 3-4 year age range and stands 14'3-15hh. He has had his groundwork done and halter broke, but has not yet been started. He appears to be sound and in overall good condition with a medium build and at a good weight.

Peppy - 17yr Red Dun QH Gelding - $600
Registered as "Red Badge Of Courage" with AQHA - Papers Available
Peppy is said to have been a trail horse. He is somewhat hard to catch but behaved nicely once caught. He stands well tied, picks up his feet, and stands about 15'3-16hh. He has shoes on his fronts and is said to be "soft in the front." He was on previcox for management but I do not know exactly what his issue is. He seemed to walk and trot without issue and did not appear to be sore. He is a big horse and in otherwise great condition.
Sold on 8/24/2014 to Carol
Presley - Chestnut Arabian Mare - $300
Presley is in need of groceries and some TLC. She was ridden through auction and is very easy to handle on the ground. She has a loving and kind nature and appreciated the attention. She stands about 14'2hh and looks to be an older mare. A photo of her teeth has been provided for your judgment. Presley picks up her overgrown hooves nicely, and does everything asked of her. Although I do not know what level rider she takes, she is gentle enough for a beginner to handle.

I do not know if she is halter broke but she is definitely going to be a great project to start and quite the looker!

That being said, she came with no history and did not want not let us catch her. She appears to be sound and healthy. She is a smaller mule and I would guess her to be around 13.3hh.
Sold on 8/19/2014 to Melissa
#66 Pelipa - Dun Leopard Appaloosa Mare - $425
Pelipa is said to have been previously used as a barrel horse and has had one colt. She is said to be easy to handle, picks up her feet, and is well broke to ride. She is said to be a "smooth mouth" mare which means 8 and over to some, but is generally used for a horse 15 or over. We did not get a look at her teeth for an accurate age. Pelipa stands about 14'2hh and appears to be in overall good condition and sound from what we could see.

#16 Parsley - 5yr Dark Bay Quarter Horse Mare - $450
Parsley is a dark bay mare of Quarter Horse type. She looked to me to be around 5 years old, but I have taken a picture so that you can judge for yourself. She stands about 14.2hh and has a good build. She is in pretty good condition and her feet are just due for a trim. She was very friendly at the feedlot and came right up to us. She leads, ties, backs, yields her quarters and picks up her feet. She is said to be started under saddle and to be greenbroke but coming along nicely.
Sold on 8/24/2014 to Mandy
Pegasus - 25yr White Gelding - $400
Pegasus is a white gelding who is covered with little "flea bite" markings. We are guessing him to be in his 20's, but have provided photos of his teeth so that you can judge for yourself. He stands around 16.1-16.2hh and is a very big boy. Pegasus is very friendly and seemed to be a super easy going guy. He was polite, respectful, well mannered and easy to handle. He led, tied, backed, yielded his quarters and picked up his feet. He is said to be a good saddle horse. He could use a bit more weight and a hoof trim, but other than a small cut on the left side of his face he appears healthy. He does have what appears to be very mild stringhalt in his left hind.

She stands about 14hh and is absolutely beautiful. She is in good condition and has lovely movement. Pagoda is very friendly and easy to halter. The first time I haltered her she bolted, but the second time she was a lady. She was polite, well mannered and easy to handle. She led, backed, tied, picked up her feet, etc. She does have halter marks on her face and what looks like pack marks on her back.

She is in good weight and her feet look pretty good although they could use a trim. She was a bit hard to catch and a little pushy once caught, but she is certainly halterbroke. She leads, ties and picks up her feet without a hassle. She is said to be broke to ride, but we didn't get to see that. She does have what looks like a bit of stiffness in her left hind, which I have videoed and will post in her thread.

Petal - 6yr Chestnut Morgan Mare - $450
Petal is a chestnut mare. She looks like a Morgan to me and I am guessing her to be around 6 years old based on her teeth, but have provided a picture so that you can judge for yourself. She stands about 15hh, is in good weight, and her feet look decent. She is extremely friendly and very badly wants to be your buddy. She is fantastically easy to catch, halter, lead, back, move her quarters and pick up her feet. She was not worried about me jumping beside her or putting a bit of weight over her back. Her right eye is a bit goopy, but her left appears fine. I couldn't see anything wrong with her eye and so I think it is just related to the dust of the lot, but I am not a vet and can't say for sure.

#11 Pirate - 18yr Leopard Appaloosa Gelding - $600
Pirate is an 18 year old dark leopard appaloosa gelding. He stands about 15.1hh and has a heavier build. At one point it looked to me like he was doing the indian shuffle, so he may be gaited. He was friendly and easy to catch on the lot. He was very calm and did everything that we asked of him: leads, backs, picks up feet etc. He is said to be broke to ride and we have seen photos of him under saddle. He is said to be broke to ride, packs, pony, etc. He has been ridden by kids, but was said to test his riders so probably not a beginner child. | Poptart - Chestnut Pony Mare - $300|
Poptart is a chestnut pony mare. She gives off the impression of being young, but I don't actually know how old she is. She stands about 13hh and has a cute build. She appears to be healthy and sound. She is currently being mothered by Nevertheless, which Poptart doesn't seem to really appreciate. She is extremely curious and wanted to be my friend, unless by friend I meant that I wanted to touch her. She comes with no history, but the folks who had her tended to do a lot with their horses so there is a decent possibility that she is broke.

Percy - Bay Mule Gelding - $400
Percy is a bay john mule. I don't know how old he is, but would guess slightly older. He stands about 14.2hh and has a decent build. His feet are overgrown but otherwise look fine. | Plum - 8yr Bay Quarter Horse Mare - $500|
Plum is a bay grade Quarter Horse mare. She is said to be 8 years old, but I didn't get a look at her teeth. She stands about 14.3hh and looks to be in good condition. There are two bay mares who look very much alike; Plum is the one with white hinds and star with snip. She has a heavy belly and does appear as though she might be pregnant, but that not verified and she looks less pregnant than some of the others. She has been running with a stallion.
Sold on 8/17/2014 to Marta
Pleasant - 17yr Chestnut Appendix Mare - $350
Pleasant is a chestnut mare of Appendix QH type. She appears to me to be a later teens mare, but I have provided a picture of her teeth so that you can judge for yourself. This mare stands about 16hh, is skinny and has assorted scrapes on her, but otherwise appears okay. Pleasant was friendly, easy to catch and easy to handle. She leads, ties, backs, picks up her feet, etc. I would hazard to guess that this mare is broke to ride, but I don't know that for a fact. She got along well with the other horses. The reason I have lots of pictures of her coming towards me and only a couple of her standing sideways is that every time she caught me looking at her she would turn to come up to me.
Sold on 8/15/2014 to Sharon
#179 Plinko - Chestnut Quarter Horse Mare - $400
Plinko is a chestnut grade Quarter Horse mare. She stands about 15.1hh and is a pretty solid mare. She has a lot of chrome with four white socks and a full blaze. | Paradise - 29yr Bay Arabian Mare - $400|
Registered as "Starzanna" with AHA - Papers Available
Paradise is a 29 year old Arabian mare. Her registered name is "Starzanna". Her sire was "Stargard" and her dam was "Baskrose". She stands about 14.1hh and is in okay condition, but her feet need some work and she could use a little weight and/or conditioning. She does have some old scars on her left hock, but I don't think they bother her. She is a friendly and extremely polite mare. She did everything I asked of her and did it so well that I wish she would teach her manners to some of the others. She is said to be broke to ride and good with kids. I have a binder full of paperwork for her. It include all sorts of history on her, vaccine records, trim records, breeding records, old photos etc. I asked a friend to look her up, but it doesn't appear that she has a show record. The binder also includes her registration papers and transfers, however it doesn't appear that her transfers are up to date. She is blood typed though, so hopefully the AHA registry would help. I will send the binder to whoever buys this mare.

#244 Pineapple - 10yr Buckskin Quarter Horse Mare - $500
Pineapple is a buckskin mare of Quarter Horse type. She was said to be 10 years old. She stands about 15.2hh and has a decent build. Her feet are a bit overdue, but should clean up nicely. She was wary of me and watched me for a while, but finally walked right up to me and let me halter her. She leads, ties, backs well, but is a bit reluctant about picking up her feet. She seems to be a nice mare and braced herself when I acted like I might consider getting on her back. She appeared sound and healthy.
Sold on 8/12/2014 to Devon
#263 Queen Bee - 11yr Dark Bay Mare - $400
Queen Bee is a dark bay mare who appears to be of some kind of sport horse type. I think she is 11 years old from looking at her teeth, but there will be pics of her teeth so that you can judge for yourself. She stands about 16hh, and has a nice build. She does have a chopped tail and some fresh cuts on her right hind, but they didn't appear deep. Queen Bee has a bit of a sting to her. She makes nasty faces at you and follows them up with teeth and feet. She did not actually bite or strike me, but she tried several times. That being said, I think this mare has a lot of promise. She appears to be sound and healthy and of a good type. She was very alert and she did tie and lead. My guess is that she has simply been allowed to get away with stuff by being nasty and that a firm handler could make something of her. She is a very lovely mare.
