Please don't fundraise or contribute to fundraising for the purchase of horses! Read why here.
DescriptionLaverne is said to be a 17 year old Appy mare who is broke to ride and was ridden by a young boy and adult riders. She is very patient, sweet, and gets along well with other horses. Her feet have cracks and smell thrushy but she moves okay. She is not completely sound but should be fine for riding. Her joints feel like there is some arthritis but she seems to have full flexion and I did not hear any cracking or popping sounds. I really like this mare and talked to her prior owner at length. She's a good horse who just needs some tlc. She stands about 14'3hh and is at a good weight and appears to be healthy. She also has a nice full (not typical Appy) tail, I might add...Purchasing InformationDeadline: 10/1/13 Location: Sunnyside, WA Contact: Sabrina | info@auctionhorses.org | 206-250-5115
