DescriptionHugh is a mostly white gelding with a lot of gray varnish marks. He appears to be a POA horse and stands about 13.2hh. I am guessing him to be around 5 years old, but that is a baldface guess based on how his teeth looked to me in very quick glimpses. He is well built and looks very "horsey" rather then like a lot of ponies. He has good conformation and is in good weight. His feet are a bit overdue and have some chips, but look like they have been maintained regularly. He was run through the auction loose and with no information, however after the auction I spoke to a gal who said that he was a kids camp horse and was broke to ride. I had no trouble walking right up to him and haltering him. He was well mannered and did everything I asked of him although he did stop a couple times when I was leading him and he became distracted by the other things in the auction yard. He leads, ties, backs, yields quarters, drops his head, and picks up his feet. He did not mind weight being put across his back. After he was turned loose in the KP, he kept coming up to us and letting us pet him. He seemed like a very nice boy.
