DescriptionHefner is a chestnut gelding. He is said to be 10 years old and is of Quarter Horse type. He is built like a bull and is extremely solid. He stands about 15.1hh and his feet look like they are due. When he went through the auction it was stated that he had ringbone in three feet and was moonblind. He definitely has vision issues and is not sound.. He was calm in the ring and was said to be a trail horse who is used to being ridden in a hackamore. It was also said that he had just been a pasture pet for the last three years. After the auction he did do everything asked, but was very stubborn and uncooperative about things. He never struck out or threatened, but he is very large, he knows it, and he uses it.
