DescriptionTinsel is said to be broke to ride, but not for an absolute beginner. She stands approx 14hh and appears to be in good body condition and at a good weight. She was bought for a child but she was too much for them. I have not seen her in person and these are the only photos I have at this time. I do know she was starved at one point in her past and was part of a neglect situation, but has since been rehabbed. I don't have an age on her but don't think she is old.
