DescriptionA long time horse rescuer Misti went to look at the other 2 horses that were posted and discovered this sweetheart in the arena. She is available for $250 and is scheduled to ship on Friday morning, 12/08/17. I am very thankful she gathered her information and put this listing together so that this little mare now has a chance to be seen and find a home. Thank you Misti! This is what she had to say:
"Tiamo is one of the sweetest horses I’ve ever met. She is starving and most of her bones are sticking out of her thick, rain matted coat, but she still greeted us with a soft, hopeful eye and walked right up to us. Her teeth tell us she is younger than she looks (between 15 and 17) and just needs groceries to let out her inner unicorn. In her condition, she may appear smaller than she would actually tape, but I estimate her to be 13.2-14h. It is my impression that she would make an amazing kids horse as her disposition is kind, quiet, willing, and soft. I didn’t see any blemishes on her legs, and she moved sound when asked to free lunge. She listened well to commands and was quick to trot off or whoa, whichever was asked of her. Without a halter on, she stood quiet and picked up all 4 hooves with no issue. We didn’t saddle her, but we used a rope all over her, laid on her back, jumped next to her as if we were going to get on bareback, all without issue. It appears she is a dead broke kids horse, but this is my opinion and not confirmed."
