DescriptionPhilly came in with no information. She appears to be a younger mare and sound from what I could see. She looks to be in good body condition and I saw no visible issues with her. I don't know what training she has had if any, but she is friendly. She will make a great project for someone. She has a pretty line back and is stunning in person.
