DescriptionNeil is super friendly and easy to handle. He is said to be a QH and looks to be approx 2 years old based on his teeth. He is easy to handle, picks up his feet with some coaxing, and loves attention. He was recently gelded and does not act stud-like in my opinion. He appears to be sound and is gorgeous in person.
