Please don't fundraise or contribute to fundraising for the purchase of horses! Read why here.
DescriptionGabriel was an Arab(?) gelding who was #004 at the March 2010 ESP sale and was priced at $300 in the kill pen. He was skinny, sick, in pain, and had an injury to his back leg that had the entire leg hot and infected. He was in pain to the point where he was lashing out at people and other horses, but he also had moments of sweetness. He was hauled to QAR without problem until it came to unloading, which he had difficultly doing due to weakness in his hind leg. As Zebra posted: "It was over in a heartbeat - I wish that every death could be that quick. He's running in greener pastures now; RIP Gabriel.
