DescriptionThis sweet older Appaloosa mare came into the lot with no info. I believe she is older and will need some groceries, general tlc, and hoof care. She stands approx 14'2-3hh and seemed sound but had some creakyness in her joints so would benefit from a joint supplement. She is low in the herd, mostly keeps to herself, and would really like a nice place to retire. Her eyes looked okay but I suspect she may have had some bouts of uveitis in the past. She really is quite sweet but will give you that Appaloosa grumpy face at first which just makes me love her more. She warms up nicely and really likes to be petted and scratched.
Update: New photos have been added. It looks like Ivette is having a bout of uveitis and one eye is swollen and inflamed. She would benefit from having her eye treated and a UV resistant fly mask, as well as somewhere to get out of the sun.
