DescriptionNixie Trixie is a very sweet mare who is a wonderful kids horse. She is a babysitter type who has done 4-H, trails, ranch work, and has given lessons in the arena. She has been used for kids and grandkids, and is in her situation through no fault of her own because her owners had lost their retirement pasture. I don't have an exact age on her, but she is what is called a smoothmouth, in other words, a senior. Even though she is older, she is worth her weight in gold as a safe horse that will be a good teacher for a true beginner. She stands approx 14'3hh. Her eyes are a bit goopy and should be cleaned up, but other than that. she looked to be in good shape for her age. She really also loves her chin scratched and as much love as she can get.
