DescriptionPacifico could really shine with some TLC. He is underweight and his feet are in need of a trim. He's broke to ride and may have been trained as a dancing horse. He stands 15'2hh. He is high spirtied but stood tied for quite some time without issue. He appears to be healthy and there were no visible signs of lameness observed.
