DescriptionIndependence is a super sweet guy who is a lovebug. He leads, picks up his feet and yields his hindquarters. He is hesitant about backing up, but will do it.
He has a couple of minor scratches; apparently he tried to mount a mare and got kicked. Two things are concerning about him. One is his right eye; it is swollen shut, and he wouldn't allow us to touch it at all. He also was making an odd groaning sound. He needs to see a vet.
It breaks my heart that he has these issues, because he is SO incredibly sweet.
Papers may be a possibility.
