DescriptionThis mare is of QH type. She is 12 years old and is a chestnut with flaxen mane and tail. Very pretty. They said that she rides and packs, but she was only led through the ring. She is calm and friendly, but her feet were bad. This girl appeared to be more Arab like to me then QH. She was hard to catch at first and very herdbound to the older Arab mare. She walked sound although her feet are very long and one has a good sized crack. She picked up her feet well and stood quiet. She backs, moves both the front and hind end over well. She looks to be a bit toed in, but a trim might help that. She was not super friendly while we were evaluating her, but after she followed us around for scratches. Her face has an oddity to it, it caves in a bit on one side (possibly by she looks like an Arab to me).
