DescriptionThis mare is lovely! She was easy to catch (after a moment walked right up to me), leads nicely (even trotted off with me right on cue when asked), backs with a little encouragement, moves her shoulder over nicely and moved her hindquarters over but was not happy about it. She stands about 16hh. She was easy to handle, but a bit pushy. I think if she had time to settle in she would be very easy to handle, but she tuned me out quite a bit. She was extremely fascinated by a chicken that was running around. She was not spooky, picked up all her feet like a good girl, and was fine with weight on her back and me jumping by her side. She wasn't happy about having her teeth looked at, but was a star about having her tattoo looked at. She moved sound at a walk and trot and her legs look clean. Her feet need a trim, but otherwise she is in great condition.
