DescriptionNoelle is just a young filly. I do not know if she is halter broke at all, but she did let me touch her. She has what appears to be a healing wire cut on her hind leg but it did not seem to pose any lameness issues as far as I could tell. She stands about 13hh and could use some tlc. It wouldn't take much to gain her trust and start working with her. She seems willing, just unsure. Purchasing InformationDeadline: 7/31/14
