DescriptionNotch is currently in the ship pen. She continued to try and make friends with me even though I knew she was already scheduled to ship and there wasn't much I could do. She is the friendliest horse in the ship pen and there was no way I could turn my back and not give her a chance to be seen. She is a big mare at about 15'2-3hh and has a large build. I was told she could have been bucking stock that did not buck. She picks up her feet, tolerates weight, and is very easy to handle on the ground. She looks to be around the 10 year age range but that is just a guess since she would not let me have a good look at her teeth. Her ear has been notched several times for no apparent reason and she has been branded, perhaps to practice as it is just healing and not exactly straight. I really do hope someone takes a chance on her. She is so willing and soaks up any attention you can give her, loves to be scratched, and will rest her head on your shoulder.
