DescriptionKirkland is a chestnut gelding. He has some shading and spotting through his coat that is causing folks to call him an Appaloosa, but I think he is actually a Paint with faint sabino color and birdcatcher spots. He stands about 15.2hh and is in average weight and condition. His front feet look okay and he will lift them up without problem. His hind feet are very long and he doesn't want to pick them up. If you push him to pick up his hind feet he tries to kick you. This horse is not even remotely sound. During the auction they called what is wrong with him Stringhalt, but I don't think that is it. In any case though, he is unsound in both hinds. His left eye is a bit red and he has an odd lump underneath it, but he seems to see just fine. He leads, ties and backs well, but he is kinda and pushy and rude. He was said to be broke to ride, but that he hadn't been ridden in two years.
