DescriptionThis lady went through the sale without any information. She stands around 15.0 hands and she is an older lady. Teeth photos have been provided.
Such a DOLL, walked right up to us to be caught and evaluated. Appears sound and she has great ground manners. It did appear her left eye was bothering her, no visible swelling but there was some tearing, and white goop, photo provided. She is very thin, probably more so than the photos convey. We did notice some wet "hay balls" while she was eating, so her teeth may need to be looked at. When we go out to evaluate the horses, we try to remain clinical and objective; we try not to have "favorites", but this lady made that real hard. She was always watching me while we were out there handling the other horses. She initiates and will hold eye contact then move towards you (heart-melting sigh).
