DescriptionUnder is an older OTTB who's tattoo starts with Y(making him an 1995). He is said to be a well broke horse safe for most riders but a riding evaluation has not been done to confirm this. He is underweight. His feet appear to have been fairly well maintained but he does have one that was clearly damaged at one point and does not grow correctly. At the time of evaluation he was not sound on this foot although he is able to w/t/c without a drastic limp. He is 16.1hh
Under is not a candidate for shipping to Canada as he has already been rejected from there when shipped by a Central WA kill buyer. However, just because he cannot ship doesn't mean he isn't in trouble. He desperately needs a home of his own where he can be tended to and loved.
